Xarxa d'Escoles Històriques de Barcelona - Network of Historic Schools Barcelona

The Historical School Network of Barcelona (XEHB) was created in 2011-12 as a Working Group composed by teachers from different schools (primary and secondary) of the city of Barcelona and  the Camp d’Aprenentatge de la Noguera and the Camp d’Aprenentatge de Barcelona, both educational services of the Catalan government.

The participating public schools have in common to have been created before the year 1939 and to include, in their educational project, the regular didactic use of their historical school heritage.

From the year 2013-2014 on, the Laboratory of Archaeology and Education of CEPAP provides organizational support to XEHB.
